How we work with you

We follow a six-step consultative approach to ensure our clients receive personalised financial advice. Our advisers will guide you through each step at a pace that suits you and together we will create your financial plan.

Steps one and two form the initial no obligation consultation where we agree how we work together and is at our expense. This includes agreeing the remuneration method, should you wish to work with us.

Step 1 – Setting Goals

We establish your life goals, personal circumstances, aspirations and concerns surrounding work, property, family, retirement and later life.

Step 2 – Gathering Information

We collect all relevant personal and financial data and establish your perceived risks, we use personal circumstances, third party information, risk profiling and financial and tax information.

Step 3 – Performing Analysis

We use specialist planning tools to asses your current position and how you got there, this is done through legacy product analysis, cash flow modelling and collaborating with your other professional advisers.

Step 4 – Designing Strategy

We will prepare a personal report with bespoke recommendations, then set out different strategies to achieve your objectives. This is done through product research and design, formal written recommendation, product provider liason and personalised illustrations and documents.

Step 5 – Implementing

We agree the plan to implement the strategy to help you achieve your objectives over a given period of time, this includes the onboarding process, executing trades, online portal creation, service model implementation.

Step 6 – Regular Reviewing

If you choose, we will meet on an ongoing basis to assess your strategy and implement the next steps in your plan.
